2. If participating in a Pickleball Business Collective, I will abide by Community Standards to maintain a rich, positive experience for all pickleball business members.  
3. I understand that the information contained in Your Pickleball Business ("YPB") documents, products, programs, events, services and/or websites has no regard to the specific investment objectives, financial situation or needs of any specific recipient or user. 
4. I understand that the information contained in Your Pickleball Business ("YPB") documents, products, programs, events, services and/or websites is not intended to constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
5. If participating in a pickleball advertising plan, whether free or fee-based, I will limit content to pickleball-related products and services.  I understand that listings regarding real estate, digital currency, multi-level marketing, politics, illegal drugs and other illegal activities, sexual content, etc. is strictly prohibited on our sites. 
6. I understand that offers and terms can be modified or removed at any time without advance notice. If there is a modification for paid products, purchasers will be notified in advance.
